Kit components for customized modular hydraulic power units

Our core business is the research, development and production of modular components and valves for compact hydraulic power packs. Our distributors can purchase the components in kits, manage them in stock and assemble the control units themselves in order to optimize time-to-market and customize each individual configuration.

We develop and produce more than 55,000 hydraulic power packs a year and export about three quarters of production to over 50 countries around the world, where we are present with distributors and associated companies.

  • COMPACT series modular hydraulic power unit (PPC)

    The COMPACT (PPC) series hydraulic power pack is a flexible modular eco-system built around the universal central body, die-cast in lightweight aluminum, which can be assembled in thousands of different configurations with a large set of standard components.

  • MICRO series modular hydraulic unit (PPM)

    The MICRO series hydraulic power packs (PPM) share the same modularity concept (and most of the components) of the PPC series, thus offering the same flexibility.

  • BULL series electric pump (EPB)

    The BULL series DC electric pumps (EPB) are the perfect solution when a simple motor pump system with direct current motor is required. The unit can be integrated with safety valve, mounting foot and optional forced cooling.

  • 100% biodegradable MATROL BI ™ hydraulic fluid

    MATROL-BI is the brand of a range of 100% biodegradable hydraulic fluids from renewable sources, developed by Novamont in collaboration with Hydronit, which represent a valid alternative to hydraulic fluids based on mineral oils. Hydronit, Novamont's partner in this project and manufacturer of compact modular hydraulic power packs, has successfully conducted extensive field tests by simulating different usage scenarios for millions of cycles on seven test benches.

AC and DC power supply and creation of simple or complex customized systems, using the same standard modular components, for industrial, mobile and marine applications;
High performance (Compact series): power up to 7.5 kW, flow rate up to 25 l / min, pressure up to 320 bar or more, high energy efficiency;
A Universal and Smart Central Body for simple or complex hydraulic circuits, with single or double acting actuators. A Micro Body for applications with very small spaces.

Europe

The headquarters of Hydronit Srl, in Varedo, a stone's throw from Milan, in Italy, offers direct supplies and support to customers in all European markets, in the Middle East, Africa and South America.

Hydronit UK Ltd, in Malmesbury - Wiltshire, was founded in 2012 to support major UK OEM customers and local distribution and technical support centers.

Asia Pacific

In 2012 Hydronit founded MicroHy Electro-Hydraulic Systems (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. in Jangsu, People's Republic of China, as the company plans to expand its role in Asia, particularly in the fast growing economies of China, India and in Australia.


The Americas

In 2015 Hydronit founded a new company on the East Coast USA, Hydronit Americas Inc, to stock and assemble hydraulic power plants and components locally, in order to offer the American market fast supplies and the rapid support required by the existing network of distributors in: Canada , USA and Mexico.
