HYDRAULIC FLUID TANKS

In plastic or steel, round or square, the Hydronit range of tanks adapts to all requirements of small footprint and capacity.

Tanks

The tanks designed to contain the fluid of the Hydronit units are obtained by drawing or bending and welding, depending on the shape. They can be mounted both horizontally and vertically, by adequately preparing the pump suction and discharge tubes kit.


The capacities of the standard models range from 0.5l up to 30l.


For special executions Hydronit can supply an adaptation flange to be welded, leaving the customer the freedom to build a tank tailored to their needs.

Cylindrical steel tanks

Square steel tanks from 3 to 30 l, for horizontal and vertical mounting

Square aluminum tanks

Square heavy duty die-cast aluminum tanks of 10 or 25 l, for vertical mounting.

  • Plastic or steel tanks?

    Plastic tanks have several advantages:

  • Is it possible to use custom-made tanks?

    Yes. We can supply an adapter flange (F80000001) which can be welded onto a custom tank.

  • How can I order replacement tanks?

    Replacement tanks can be ordered without accessories by simply adding a J in front of the relevant code (eg JE60303015 instead of E60303015). If ordered with the normal code (eg E60303015) they include related accessories such as: caps, filler vent, oil level indicator, ... depending on the type of tank. Tanks specified in the talking code (e.g. 5BV) include all relevant accessories.
